1. Operator and product
NoteFlow is operated under the EthanDev brand by an independent developer based in Japan. NoteFlow is a Chrome extension for importing selected videos, web pages and AI conversations into your own Google NotebookLM account, and managing, exporting and processing your sources and notes.
NoteFlow is independently developed. Google NotebookLM and the websites you choose to use have their own terms, availability and limits.
2. Current availability
The free extension is available. NoteFlow Pro purchases are not yet enabled. The paid plans below are planned offers; these terms describe how they will work when paid checkout becomes available.
3. Plans and licence
Pro removes NoteFlow's own daily usage limits and includes future NoteFlow Pro features. Limits imposed by NotebookLM, your browser or other third-party services still apply. Your Pro licence belongs to your own NoteFlow account and may be used on your own devices. Do not resell or share paid account access.

The lifetime plan is a licence to NoteFlow Pro without a scheduled expiry. It does not include a paid licence to any third-party product. The final price, currency, applicable taxes and renewal terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase. No paid order is created simply by installing NoteFlow.
4. Checkout and delivery
When enabled, paid checkout will be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. A Paddle purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Your payment details are entered in Paddle's checkout.
Use the NoteFlow account you want to upgrade. After payment is confirmed, the licence will be linked to that account and the extension will refresh your access. Contact support if access is missing or linked incorrectly; we will help resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout. You can stop future renewals through Paddle's buyer portal or the subscription link in your receipt, or request help from support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, unless a refund ends the paid access sooner. The lifetime plan does not renew.

7. Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure. Import or process only content you are entitled to use. You retain your rights in your content. NoteFlow does not grant permission to bypass another service's restrictions or to infringe copyright.
8. Product changes and support
Browser and third-party changes may affect individual features. We will describe material product or pricing changes before applying them to a new purchase or renewal. If a purchased feature cannot be delivered, contact support for a resolution or refund. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.
